Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Content

- Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
- Create designs for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Develop creative concepts based on campaign objectives and brand requirements.
- Maintain consistency in visual identity across social media platforms.
- Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

Graphic Design & Branding

- Create marketing creatives, banners, promotional materials, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands and campaigns.
- Work with typography, colour palettes, imagery, illustrations, icons, and layouts effectively.
- Follow and maintain brand guidelines across different design requirements.
- Create visually strong and professional brand portfolios and company profiles.

Portfolio & Presentation Design

- Design professional company portfolios, brand presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and proposal documents.
- Transform information and content into clean, engaging, and easy-to-understand visual layouts.
- Create presentation designs that communicate the brand's value proposition effectively.

UI/UX Design

- Design modern and user-friendly website and mobile application interfaces.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes,



and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Understand basic UX principles such as usability, hierarchy, navigation, accessibility, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical and accurately implemented.
- Create responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile experiences.

Figma & Design Systems

- Create and maintain designs in Figma.
- Develop reusable components, styles, grids, and basic design systems.
- Create interactive prototypes for websites and applications.
- Prepare design files and assets properly for development handoff.
- Maintain organised and structured Figma files.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Solid knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media content and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create professional presentations and portfolios.
- Basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Ability to understand a creative brief and convert it into an effective visual concept.
- Valuable knowledge of current design trends and digital aesthetics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
- Experience with Canva and other creative tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how designs are implemented on websites.
- Experience working with branding and identity design.
- Experience designing landing pages, websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.




- Knowledge of AI-powered creative and design tools.
- Photography or image-editing skills.
