Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Revolo Infotech’s presence across key social media platforms, with a focus on brand visibility, lead generation, and audience engagement. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on data insights. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop platform-specific content, including posts, stories, and short-form videos that align with business objectives. Daily responsibilities include community management (responding to comments and messages), social listening, competitor analysis, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives such as paid social campaigns. The role also requires staying updated on social media trends and best practices to ensure Revolo Infotech’s online presence remains current and effective.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including copywriting, basic visual design coordination, and familiarity with short-form content formats.




- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with an understanding of branding, audience targeting, and integration with broader marketing strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including explicit written and verbal communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing business accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret analytics (e.g., engagement, reach, CTR) and use insights to refine content and campaigns is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
