Job Description

We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive to research businesses, identify relevant prospects, and build accurate, high-quality B2B lead lists using AI tools, search engines, LinkedIn, Google Maps, business directories, and online research platforms.

The role focuses on finding the right companies and decision-makers based on defined business criteria, collecting and verifying useful information, and using AI-assisted research to improve the speed, accuracy, and relevance of lead generation.

You will help the sales and business development team by delivering organized, verified, and actionable prospect data—not just large lists of unqualified contacts.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B leads based on industry, location, company size, business type, and other defined criteria.
- Find relevant companies, verify their websites and business details, and identify suitable decision-makers.
- Collect available business contact information and other relevant prospect details from reliable online sources.
- Use AI tools to support prospect research, data filtering, lead enrichment, and initial lead qualification.
- Research prospects using LinkedIn, Google Search, Google Maps, business directories, and other lead-research platforms.
- Evaluate whether a company or prospect matches the defined target criteria before adding it to the lead list.
- Verify collected information, check data consistency, and remove duplicate or irrelevant records.




- Organize lead information in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems using the required format.
- Maintain accurate and structured records so the sales team can use the data efficiently.
- Follow research guidelines, lead qualification criteria, and data quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve research workflows through AI-assisted tools and better online research methods.
- Consistently deliver relevant, usable lead lists while maintaining a solid focus on data accuracy.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in lead generation, B2B lead research, prospect research, data research, LinkedIn research, database building, or AI-assisted research will be preferred.

Previous experience with a specific job title or tool is not mandatory if you can demonstrate strong online research skills, logical thinking, and attention to detail.
