- Handle customer enquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales, billing, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and follow-up reports.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements in service.
- Support the sales team in customer retention and business development.

Pay: ₹9,600.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
