Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage client relationships, generate sales opportunities, and drive property sales. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable property options, coordinating site visits, and converting prospective clients into successful bookings.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
- Understand clients' budget, property preferences, and investment requirements.
- Present suitable residential and commercial property options to customers.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain a database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, and sales teams for lead management.
- Assist clients throughout the booking process and coordinate documentation.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and generate referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects,



and property pricing.

- Basic knowledge of real estate projects, property documentation, and sales processes.

Qualifications and Experience

- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing sales role preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
