Current Opening: Site Supervisor – Civil Department

Job Description & Responsibilities*

Supervise in office civil construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Prepare, review, and validate Measurement Books (M-Books) and maintain accurate site records.

Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and site working conditions to ensure compliance with required standards.

Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Track project progress and report work status, delays, and site-related issues to the concerned team.





Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and proper use of construction materials.

Assist in material quantity verification, site measurements, and basic progress documentation.

Eligibility & Other Details*

Location: Project sites within Ernakulam district only.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in the civil field may also apply.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience, skills, and suitability for the role.
