Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect to support architectural design, planning, working drawings, and project coordination for real estate development projects. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, layouts, and working drawings.
- Develop design concepts according to project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants.
- Review drawings and resolve design-related issues.




- Conduct site visits to monitor execution.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.
- Assist in material and finish selection.
- Maintain drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and applicable regulations.
