Job Description: Senior Architect / Interior Designer

Reporting To: Director – Engineering Department

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architect / Interior Designer with 15+ years of experience in the construction and real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in architectural planning, interior design coordination, project execution, consultant management, and stakeholder coordination across large-scale developments.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing hospitality projects, including hotels and resorts, along with exposure to high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural & Design Leadership

- Lead architectural and interior design development for hospitality, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Review and finalize concept designs, layouts, working drawings, material specifications, and design standards.
- Ensure designs meet project requirements, statutory regulations, sustainability goals, and budget constraints.
- Develop innovative and practical design solutions.

2. Hospitality Project Management

- Manage end-to-end design coordination and execution support for hotels and resorts.
- Coordinate with hospitality consultants, operators, interior designers, landscape consultants, lighting consultants, and MEP teams.
- Ensure projects meet brand standards, guest experience expectations, and operational requirements.

Stakeholder & Consultant Coordination

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, PMC teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct design review meetings and progress evaluations.
- Resolve design and execution issues to prevent project delays and cost overruns.

4. Project Execution & Site Coordination

- Coordinate with project execution teams to implement approved designs at the site.
- Monitor construction progress, quality standards, material approvals, mock-ups, and finishing details.
- Participate in site inspections, vendor evaluations, and technical reviews.

5. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Evaluate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, technical submissions, and shop drawings.

6. Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure architectural and interior works comply with local regulations, safety standards, authority approvals, and building codes.
- Maintain project documentation, design revisions, approvals, and technical records.

7. Leadership & Strategic Contribution

- Support the Director in project planning, design strategy, budgeting, and development planning.
- Improve design processes, execution standards, and project delivery systems.

Minimum Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design within the construction and real estate industry.
- Mandatory experience in hospitality projects, including hotels and resorts.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- Strong experience coordinating with consultants, vendors, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of construction methodologies, materials, finishing standards, and project execution.
- Experience reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, MS Office, and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of local authority approvals, building codes, and compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with reputed real estate developers, hospitality brands, or infrastructure companies.
- Exposure to luxury hospitality or premium residential developments.
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
- Strong vendor network and industry relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional memberships such as COA, IIID, or related industry bodies will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
