Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage day-to-day property operations, coordinate with tenants and vendors, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure efficient property management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Manage vendor contracts and service providers.
- Monitor property expenses and maintenance budgets.




- Ensure timely collection of rent and maintenance charges.
- Maintain lease agreements and property documentation.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with property rules and safety standards.
- Prepare regular property management reports.
