Job Overview
We are looking for a Accountant with 1–2 years of experience to handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliations, and related accounting work. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of GST laws and experience working with GST returns and tax documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C).
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers and sales data.
- Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC) and ensure GST compliance.
- Calculate GST liabilities (CGST, SGST, IGST).
- Maintain GST records and documentation.
- Handle GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Requirements
- Experience in a CA firm is preferred.
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or MBA (Finance).
- 1–2 years of experience in GST compliance.
- Good knowledge of GST laws, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP software.
