Brief Description: We are seeking skilled and experienced personnel in IE department who has experience in optimizing production processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency within manufacturing settings.

Responsibilities:

- Identify inefficiencies in production processes and develop strategies to optimize workflow, minimize waste and increase throughput.
- Evaluate production costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction through process improvements, resource optimization, and automation.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing or Total Quality to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Identify potential risks in production processes and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with safety regulations.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Design, Quality Assurance and Management to implement process improvements.
- Negotiate and maintain all AMC which do not fall directly under the Production department.

Qualification: B Tech in Industrial Engineering or related field. Master degree will be preferred.

Experience:

- 4 - 7 years of experience in industrial engineering roles in manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience.
