Responsibilities:

- - Map current state processes using Workflow Mapping techniques.
- Apply Root Cause Analysis Techniques to identify process inefficiencies.
- Support basic Process Automation efforts and implementation.
- Facilitate process improvement sessions using Workshop Facilitation methods.
- Collect and analyze process data using Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Resolve process challenges through effective Problem Solving strategies.
- Approach process issues with a True Seeker Mindset for continuous improvement.
