Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, student-oriented, and target-driven Admission Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students and parents, explaining available courses and admission procedures, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses and programs.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility criteria, fee structures, admission procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly to ensure timely completion of the admission process.
- Convert prospective student enquiries into confirmed admissions and achieve assigned admission targets.
- Maintain and update student enquiry databases, lead details, and follow-up records.




- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in admission campaigns, promotional activities, and student outreach initiatives.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Any graduate degree is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Kannada is required; Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and counselling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries, follow up consistently, and work towards targets.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a student-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in admissions, education counselling, telecalling, customer service, or sales will have an added advantage.
- Candidates who are confident in interacting with students and parents.
- Candidates who are self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
