Dhruva Digital Innovation is a growing digital agency providing comprehensive digital solutions, including SEO, website design & development, and digital marketing services. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our sales and business development team.

Roles Available:

* Business Development Intern (Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000/month): For freshers and final-year students looking to learn sales prospecting, outreach, and B2B client handling. Opportunity for full-time conversion (PPO) based on performance.

* Business Development Executive - 0 to 1.5 Years Exp (Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives): For candidates with prior tele-calling/sales experience or strong communication skills ready to drive client acquisition and lead generation.

(Final compensation will be decided based on interview performance, skills, and experience level).

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and research potential B2B clients across target industries.

* Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email outreach.

* Pitch our digital services (SEO, Website Design, Digital Marketing)



to prospective business clients.

* Understand client requirements and schedule discovery meetings/demos.

* Follow up consistently with prospects to guide them through the sales pipeline.

* Coordinate with the internal team to draft project proposals and quotations.

* Maintain daily call logs, trackers, and pipeline records.

Requirements & Skills

* Education: Any Graduate / Final Year Student (BBA, B.Com, BCA, or equivalent).

* Experience: Fresher to 1.5 years in sales, business development, or tele-calling.

* Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage).

* Confident on phone calls with active listening and relationship-building skills.

* Basic understanding of digital marketing and website solutions.

* Goal-oriented and eager to learn in a startup setting.
