Key Responsibilities Connect with customers who have completed a hair assessment or shown interest in our products. Handle approximately 50 calls per day through phone and WhatsApp. Understand customers' hair concerns and explain their personalised hair assessment reports in English & Malayalam. Recommend suitable haircare products and plans based on customer needs. Answer customer questions, handle objections, and build trust through honest consultations without pressure selling. Assist customers in placing prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Follow up consistently with interested customers and pending leads. Maintain accurate customer details, call notes, lead stages, and follow-up schedules in the CRM. Achieve weekly and monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets. Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach throughout the sales process.

At least 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, or a similar customer-conversion role.Solid Malayalam and English communication skills (mandatory). Good English communication skills (preferred). Any degree from a recognised institution. Experience in handling sales targets, customer follow-ups,



and lead conversion. Familiarity with CRM tools or customer tracking systems. Confidence in speaking with customers and the ability to build lasting relationships. Strong listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

LOCATION & RELOCATION This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at Padinjarathara, Wayanad, Kerala. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Wayanad before joining. Food and accommodation are provided by the company.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
