Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer in residential construction.

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Key Responsibilities

Take full charge of site coordination, including labour, materials, and vendors.

Plan, assign, and supervise daily work, and ensure the required output from the labour team.

Take end-to-end responsibility for the project, from site marking to final finishing and handover.

Explain technical details to clients in simple, understandable language.

Educate clients on why a particular construction method or material is recommended.

Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion as per the approved plan and specifications.

Rubble Stone Masonry concept knowledge is needed

Strong knowledge of reading drawings, marking,



and setting out.

Good understanding of quantity estimation and material requirements.

Maintain daily progress reports, site photos, and material and labour records.

Conduct quality checks at every stage (footing, columns, slab, brickwork, plastering).

Coordinate with the office on billing, measurements, and client updates.

Good communication skills in Tamil, with basic English preferred. Honest, responsible, and willing to work at site locations.

Petrol allowance provided.
