Job Summary

Credsolve Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a target-driven Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales executives in the fintech/NBFC sector. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling skills, experience in sales target achievement, and the ability to drive team productivity and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives to achieve monthly targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance, productivity, lead conversion, and follow-ups.
- Conduct daily team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Support team members in handling customer queries, objections, and sales closures.
- Track team performance and maintain daily/weekly sales MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth case processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Handle customer escalations and improve overall team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Experience as a Team Leader / Sales Supervisor / Senior Sales Executive in sales.
- Experience in Fintech, NBFC, Banking, Lending, Financial Services, or Inside Sales is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Graduation preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in personal loans, business loans, credit products, digital lending, or other financial services will be preferred.
