We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to support the daily operations of our Yamaha two-wheeler service centre. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of two-wheelers, solid customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient and timely vehicle servicing.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the Service Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the service centre.

* Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow.

* Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance to ensure timely delivery.

* Ensure high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

* Handle customer complaints, service-related queries, and escalations professionally.

* Explain repair requirements, service recommendations, and estimated costs to customers.

* Monitor technician productivity, workshop efficiency, and job completion timelines.

* Ensure proper preparation and follow-up of job cards, service records, and customer invoices.

* Promote periodic maintenance, genuine Yamaha spare parts, and additional service requirements.

* Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts.

* Ensure compliance with Yamaha service standards, workshop safety procedures,



and company policies.

* Assist in achieving service revenue, customer satisfaction, and workshop performance targets.

* Maintain proper housekeeping, discipline, and organization within the workshop.

* Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements and Qualifications

* Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

* Experience in a two-wheeler service centre, preferably with Yamaha or another reputed motorcycle brand.

* Good knowledge of two-wheeler servicing, maintenance, and repair procedures.

* Strong customer handling, communication, and team coordination skills.

* Ability to manage workshop workflow and resolve service-related issues.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with job card or dealer management systems.

* Leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Experience

* 2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler service operations, with relevant supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
