We are looking for an experienced E&M; Coder with solid knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and CMS guidelines to accurately assign Evaluation & Management codes and effectively handle denial management.
Responsibilities:
- Review provider documentation and assign correct E&M; codes
- Ensure compliance with current E&M; coding guidelines
- Identify documentation gaps and coding errors
- Support denial resolution related to E&M; coding
Requirements:
- CPC, CCS, or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of E&M; coding guidelines
- Experience with ICD-10-CM and CPT
- High accuracy and attention to detail
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
