Job Description – Sales Executive (BPO)

Job Title: Sales Executive / Telesales Executive

Qualification: Intermediate / Graduation (preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives with prior BPO sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls, promoting products or services, generating leads, converting prospects into sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain products or services to customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication.
- Follow company sales processes, quality standards,



and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

- Prior experience in BPO sales, telesales, telemarketing, or outbound calling.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with a willingness to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to build customer relationships and close deals.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in domestic or international BPO sales.
- Experience in lead generation, upselling, cross-selling, or customer acquisition.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred, if applicable.
