Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Manager to join our team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, identifying their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions to drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pre-sales and calling, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients.
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Cross-using leads for various projects
- Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
- Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers, and customer history details for seamless management at all times.
- Always Offering the best possible customer delight by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.




- Carrying ownership for every customer query.
- Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (real estate experience preferred).
- 5- 7 years of experience in pre-sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Acrobuild.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
