Job Title: Resident Caretaker

Property: Multi-room building with tenants (individuals and companies) and 10 rooms run as Airbnb. Second property at Gangtok with 4 rooms also run as airbnb

Key Responsibilities

- Daily maintenance: Inspect common areas, rooms, plumbing, and fixtures. Arrange minor repairs and escalate major ones to the owner.
- Electricity and utilities: Monitor power, water, backup/inverter, and lifts or pumps. Report faults immediately.
- Security: Control entry and exit, monitor visitors, and keep the premises secure at night.
- CCTV: Check that cameras and recording work daily, and report any malfunction or incident.
- Guest management: Maintain the arrival and departure register with ID details. Handle check-in and check-out, key handover, and room readiness for Airbnb guests.
- Housekeeping supervision: Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, and coordinate laundry and linen.
- Liaison: Deal with local bodies (municipality, electricity board, police, society or RWA) and vendors (plumber, electrician, cleaner, pest control).
- Tenant coordination: Handle routine tenant requests and complaints, and escalate when needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
