Job Description:
SOCIALSECT is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce engaging video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong storytelling ability, an eye for detail, and a good understanding of current video trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Edit videos for ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, sound effects, and background music.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to execute creative concepts.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Incorporate feedback and deliver projects within deadlines.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut,



or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and audio synchronisation.
- Knowledge of social media trends and audience engagement techniques.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, colour grading, and animation is a plus.
