About Teri Meri Coffee

Teri Meri Coffee is a Jaipur-based coffee brand expanding into the café experience. We believe in serving quality coffee, creating memorable customer experiences and making great coffee part of everyday life.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Barista to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte and Americano.
- Prepare cold coffees, signature beverages and drinks using our in-house coffee concentrates.
- Learn and assist with manual brewing methods, including AeroPress and pour-over.
- Follow standard recipes, portion controls and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of the coffee bar.
- Assist with customer orders, billing and POS operations.
- Handle takeaway and delivery orders, including beverage packaging.
- Monitor coffee beans, milk, syrups and other daily inventory.
- Minimise ingredient wastage and maintain consistent beverage quality.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist with opening,



closing and general café duties.

Requirements

- 0–1 year of experience in a café, coffee shop or hospitality environment.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in coffee are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of coffee beverages is preferred.
- Willingness to learn espresso preparation, milk steaming and brewing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to hygiene, cleanliness and detail.
- Punctual, responsible and comfortable working as part of a small team.
- Comfortable communicating in Hindi; basic English is a massive advantage.
