Job Title: Podcast & Video Editor — Reels and Short-Form Content

We’re looking for a creative video editor who can turn podcast conversations and raw footage into polished episodes and scroll-stopping reels. You should have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and what makes people stop watching—and keep watching.

What you’ll do

- Edit full-length audio and video podcasts with clean sound, smooth cuts, and consistent visual quality.
- Find standout moments and turn them into engaging clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
- Create strong opening hooks, readable captions, and engaging edits using B-roll, graphics, music, and sound effects.
- Remove filler, awkward pauses, and background noise while keeping conversations natural.
- Handle multicamera editing, audio syncing, colour correction, and platform-ready exports.
- Collaborate with our team, respond to feedback, and deliver edits on schedule.




- Suggest fresh editing styles and content ideas that fit our brand.

What we’re looking for

- A portfolio showing podcast edits and compelling short-form videos.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong audio editing skills and attention to detail.
- An understanding of hooks, storytelling, pacing, and audience retention.
- The ability to make editing choices that serve the story and keep viewers engaged.
- Reliable communication, organisation, and deadline management.

Nice to have

Experience with After Effects, motion graphics, thumbnails, and using video performance data to improve future edits.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
