We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Head of Performance Marketing & User Acquisition to lead paid growth, scale user acquisition, and drive measurable business outcomes in the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling performance marketing budgets significantly, building structured creative-testing systems, and optimising campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.

This role combines performance strategy, analytical decision-making, creative experimentation, team leadership, and AI-driven marketing innovation. You will be responsible for building scalable acquisition engines that improve user growth, retention, and return on marketing investment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end performance marketing and user acquisition strategy, including campaign architecture, channel selection, audience targeting,



bidding, and optimisation.
- Lead paid acquisition across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms, including gaming-specific networks and affiliate channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale acquisition budgets substantially while maintaining sustainable CPI, ROAS, retention, and user-quality benchmarks.
- Build structured creative-testing frameworks covering concept development, hooks, formats, messaging, audience variations, and clear kill-or-scale criteria.
- Analyse campaign performance, user cohorts, retention trends, conversion rates, and return on ad spend to guide growth decisions.
- Own marketing budget allocation, channel mix, cost economics, and performance forecasting to maximise return on investment.
- Establish a measurement philosophy and integrated growth roadmap across performance marketing, social media, community, and related functions.
