• Training and Certification Guidance: Provide accurate information and expert guidance on learning pathways, certification processes, program requirements, and available learning tools, ensuring partners understand and meet their obligations.

• Issue Resolution and Analysis: Manage complex learning-related inquiries, investigate underlying issues, identify appropriate solutions, and coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
