About the Job - Sr. Director, Loyalty (Operations & Delivery)
As the Sr. Director of Loyalty (Operations & Delivery) at Target in India, you will lead the end-to-end execution of Target Circle across the enterprise, ensuring benefits, offers, campaigns, and member experiences are delivered with speed, accuracy, consistency, and operational excellence.
This role is accountable for building and leading the operating model for loyalty program execution, including program configuration, campaign and offer operations, and cross-channel experience delivery. You will bridge loyalty strategy and the teams that build and run the platform, translating priorities into clear requirements, strong operating rhythms, and reliable execution at scale.
