Job Description / Key Roles:
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong RTR (Record-to-Report) domain expertise, with a good understanding of AP (Accounts Payable)



and AR (Accounts Receivable) processes, including journal postings
• Experience managing teams of 8–10 or more resources
• Prior involvement in ERP migration projects would be highly advantageous
• Exposure to or hands-on experience with RPA and AI-driven initiatives would be an added advantage
• Solid understanding of KPIs and SLAs across all Finance & Accounting towers, including PTP, OTC, and RTR
• Good knowledge of SAP and its functionality across all towers, i.e., RTR, PTP and OTC

Strong understanding of RTR process, with sound knowledge on Fixed Asset / Intercompany / Accruals / Prepayments / Deferrals / BS, Bank & Other ReconciliationGreat understanding of close operationMeeting the SLA / KPI set by the businessDomain skills expertise in managing and building Balance Sheet Reconciliation processExposure to supervision of reconciliation processGood hands on SAP or other strong ERP Accounti
