The role:

As the Head of User Growth, you will serve as an executive leader accountable for driving Truecaller’s global expansion engine.



This will include organic growth using product optimisations as well as inorganic growth globally using advertising/distribution partnerships, etc.

At the intersection of Data Analytics, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, and Product-Led Growth (PLG), you will architect scalable growth strategies, establish global playbooks, and lead cross-functional expansion of our platform.

This executive position requires a seasoned leader with 10+ years of total industry leadership experience in growing consumer apps globally.

What you’ll do:

Executive Ownership

• End-to-End User Growth: Own the global growth budget and P&L;, balancing performance marketing with product-led viral loops to optimize contribution margin, payback periods, and LTV—not vanity metrics.

• Cross-Disciplinary Integration: Align Performance Marketing, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMP) analytics, Monetization, Product Growth, and User Acquisition with corporate goals.

• Team Scaling & Leadership: Mentor and scale the existing team consisting of cro
