ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Senior Executive – SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) Consultant to design, configure and support end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical configuration skills, proven implementation exposure, and the ability to build meaningful analytics through story reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management: job requisition templates, candidate profile and application templates, career site, and email/offer templates.
• Configure Onboarding (ONB): onboarding processes, tasks, forms, and new-hire data collection, along with the Employee Central handover.
• Design, configure and develop story reports in the SF Reporting module to meet business and HR analytics requirements.
