· Lead a multi-team software organization (typically 40+ engineers) designing and developing software applications for medical devices across web, mobile, desktop, and cloud.
· Manage, coach, and develop Engineering Managers and senior technical leads; build succession plans and a strong leadership pipeline within your organization.
