Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to lead the Product Engineering team in India. In this role, you will manage a global team of more than 20 engineers across India and China, with responsibility for delivering new product options (PVR/DTOs), Product change introductions (PCIs), driving continuous product improvement (CPI), and executing material cost reduction initiatives to enhance product competitiveness and business performance.
The Product Engineering team plays a critical role within the REPS Engineering organization,



optimizing global products to meet evolving customer requirements while delivering sustained value to the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a global team of more than 20 engineers across India and China, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Drive sales growth by enabling timely execution of Product Change Introduction (PCI) initiatives through cross-functional engineering teams.
• Lead the development and delivery of Design-to-Order (DTO) solutions for FGW and Caterpillar customers, partnering closely with Product Management and Sales teams to secure and support multi-million-dollar business opportunities.
• Deliver continuous product improvements (CPI) that enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction, with a robust focus on 2MIS and 12MIS performance metrics.
• Own and execute the REPS Material Cost Reduction (MCR)
