Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a Document Writer (Scientific Documentation & Technical Communication) to support scientific writing outputs through coordination, technical oversight, and document lifecycle management. This role sits at the intersection of science, communication,



and project management, ensuring that scientific documentation is complete, consistent, timely, and publication‑ or audit‑ready.
While this role is not primarily responsible for authoring scientific content, it serves as a key coordinator of scientific documentation by managing reviews, integrating subject matter expert input, and ensuring document readiness within a regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Document Coordination
• Coordinate scientific input from multiple authors, reviewers, and subject matter experts
• Track document components across drafting, review, and approval stages
• Ensure consistency in scientific terminology, formatting, and messaging across documents

Technical Communication & Quality Oversight
• Review documents for clarity, completeness, and alignment with regulatory or client expectations
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unresolved comments and driv
