Digital Marketing Project Manager - Onsite - Thane

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra

Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM IST

Working Days: Monday - Friday | 5 Days a Week

About the Role:

We are looking for a smart, highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven Project Manager to manage end-to-end digital marketing projects for global clients.

The ideal candidate should take ownership, think ahead, follow processes, pay close attention to details, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage digital marketing projects from planning through delivery
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
- Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development, and Analytics teams
- Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and project progress
- Conduct team meetings, follow-ups, and project status updates
- Identify risks, delays, and blockers and take proactive action
- Communicate with clients and provide explicit project updates
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, reports, and SOPs
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, scope, and deadline requirements
- Monitor team performance and follow up on pending tasks
- Improve workflows and processes for better project execution




- Manage multiple projects while maintaining solid attention to detail

Requirements:

- 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a digital marketing agency, technology company, or similar environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
- Comfortable working with deadlines, trackers, reports, and documentation
- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Content, Web, and Analytics workflows

Tools:

Experience with Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar project management tools is preferred.
