Role Description This is a on demand, remote Technical Interviewer role. The Technical Interviewer will design and conduct technical interviews for software and IT roles, assessing candidates problem-solving abilities, coding skills, and understanding of systems and architecture. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to align interview criteria with role requirements, creating and updating technical assessments, and ensuring a fair, structured evaluation process. The Technical Interviewer will document feedback, participate in hiring discussions, and help refine interview practices and technical standards over time.

Qualifications





- Strong technical background in software development or IT engineering, with hands-on experience in up-to-date programming languages, frameworks, or system design.
- Proficiency in evaluating technical skills, including algorithmic thinking, coding quality, debugging, and architectural reasoning.
- Ability to create, refine, and standardize technical interview questions, coding challenges, and practical assessments.
- Clear, objective communication skills for explaining problems, providing feedback, and discussing candidate performance with stakeholders.
- Experience working in technology-driven environments that prioritize security, reliability, and modern engineering practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices and candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple interviews and schedules effectively on-site.
- Prior hiring experience would be a plus not mandatory.
