Role Description This is a remote internship role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at Sipaara. In this position, the intern will support outreach to beauty brands, retailers, and digital platforms, assisting with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining sales pipelines. The intern will help create and execute marketing activities, including social media support, campaign coordination, and basic content preparation aligned with Sipaara's AI-powered beauty solutions.



Daily tasks may include engaging with potential and existing partners, responding to inquiries, gathering customer feedback, and preparing reports and presentations for the sales and marketing team. The intern will also assist in organizing training materials, product demos, and internal documentation to support sales enablement and partner onboarding.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills for clear, qualified interactions with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Customer Service and client-facing skills to handle inquiries, provide support, and build positive relationships.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including lead generation, prospect engagement, and pipeline follow-up.
- Ability to assist with Training activities and basic Sales Management support, such as preparing materials and tracking activities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and digital campaigns.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work independently with guidance.
- Curiosity about BeautyTech, AI-driven solutions, and the beauty or skincare industry.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or coursework in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
