Salary: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

Shift: Rotational shifts

Week Off: Rotational

Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility, including during odd working hours

Role Summary

We are hiring Seller Support Executives for an E-commerce
process in Pune. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant
work experience in the E-commerce industry. Experience in a non-E-commerce
industry will not meet this mandatory eligibility criterion, even if the
candidate has customer service or international voice process experience.

The selected candidates will handle seller-related queries,
provide effective resolutions, manage escalations, and ensure a high standard
of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle
seller and customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.

• Support
sellers through the communication channels assigned to the process.

• Understand
seller concerns, investigate issues, and resolve them in accordance with
process guidelines.

• Handle
escalations professionally and coordinate with internal teams whenever
required.

• Maintain
accurate records of interactions, complaints, and case resolutions.

• Follow
established process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance
requirements.

• Achieve
assigned targets related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction,
and resolution timelines.

• Ensure
a professional and customer-focused service experience.
