Procurement Executive-Shirpur
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.

Experience:
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service.
• Obtain and compare quotations from vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
• Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.




• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and savings reports.
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS or CPSM) is an advantage.
