The Finance Assistant Manager will support the financial operations of a growing, technology-driven business with global activities and multiple legal entities. This hands-on individual contributor role covers end-to-end accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll support, and financial reporting across different entities and currencies. The successful candidate will ensure accurate bookkeeping, timely monthly closings, efficient payment processing, and reliable financial reconciliations. In addition to core accounting responsibilities, the role contributes to financial modeling, performance analysis, and the continuous improvement of finance processes. Working closely with senior finance leadership and other internal stakeholders, the Finance Assistant Manager will help maintain robust financial controls and support informed business decisions.

Accountabilities

Accounting and bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities across the business and its subsidiaries, including invoice coding, account setup, account reconciliations, and monthly financial close.

Accounts receivable management: Prepare monthly invoices for publishers and customers, apply incoming payments, manage collections, reconcile customer accounts, and respond promptly to payment-related inquiries from external partners and internal teams.

Accounts payable and disbursements: Review and process vendor invoices, expense reimbursements, and other payment requests, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and charged to the appropriate accounts.
