Job Description
- Lead large-scale Oracle Finance transformation programs, designing end-to-end solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, P2P, O2C, and R2R processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership teams, translating accounting, compliance, and tax requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
- Drive solution architecture and consulting engagements, including business process reengineering, fit-gap analysis, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
- Own presales and business development activities, including RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, effort estimation, proposal creation, client workshops, and executive presentations.




- Lead stakeholder management and delivery teams, supporting enterprise clients, with a preference for experience in Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Capital Markets, or Fintech.

The Successful Applicant
- 12-15 years of experience in Oracle Finance ERP consulting, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Proven experience across core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, P2P, O2C, and R2R.
- Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP, Ind AS) and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into ERP solutions.
- Deep knowledge of tax compliance, including GST, TDS/TCS, withholding tax, and multi-jurisdiction tax requirements.
- Demonstrated capability in solution architecture, finance transformation, stakeholder management, and business process reengineering.
