Employment Details

• Deployment: Candidates will be deployed at the assigned project location for at least
2–3 years.

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience

• Working
Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare
and maintain MIS reports, operational trackers, and financial data.

• Coordinate
physical verification activities and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate
payment processing, supporting documentation, and follow-ups with relevant
departments.

• Assist
with basic accounting activities, data reconciliation, and financial
reporting.

• Maintain
documentation, records, and trackers with a high degree of accuracy.

• Coordinate
with site teams and internal stakeholders for day-to-day finance and




administrative activities.

• Ensure
timely submission of reports and follow up on pending activities.

Required Skills

• Good
knowledge of MS Excel, including data handling, reporting, reconciliation,
and MIS preparation.

• Basic
accounting knowledge and robust numerical understanding.

• Experience
in payment processing coordination, physical verification, or finance
operations.

• Strong
coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

• Good
communication and organizational skills.

• Attention
to detail and the ability to work independently at the assigned site.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates
with a B.Com or M.Com qualification and at least 1–2 years of relevant
experience in MIS, finance operations, accounting support, payment
coordination, or physical verification.

• Candidates
with good numerical ability, Excel skills, and reporting experience.

• Candidates
residing in or near the respective sit
