We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) & Steel Structures to drive business development, expand market presence, and generate new revenue opportunities across industrial, commercial, warehousing, logistics, and infrastructure segments.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2B project sales experience, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to convert enquiries into profitable orders. This role requires a commercially driven professional who can identify opportunities, develop a strong sales pipeline, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across PEB, steel buildings, industrial facilities, warehouses, logistics parks,



manufacturing units, commercial developments, and infrastructure projects.
- Lead Generation: Build relationships with prospective clients, including developers, EPC contractors, architects, consultants, industrial houses, and project management firms.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track leads, manage enquiries, and drive opportunities from initial engagement through order closure.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business development.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand customer requirements, project specifications, site conditions, timelines, and technical expectations
