Essential Functions of the Job:

The Global Mobility System Optimization Specialist supports the Global Mobility function’s transformation agenda by enabling scalable, technology-enabled service delivery. The role operates at the intersection of operations, process design, and digital enablement, identifying and delivering system and process optimization opportunities that reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and strengthen end-to-end process reliability. Key responsibilities include developing and enhancing low-code/no-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform,



designing automated workflows, supporting system upgrades such as AssignmentPro, documenting processes and configurations, and contributing to training and change adoption. Through close partnership with digital, innovation, and operations stakeholders, the role ensures that Global Mobility systems and workflows evolve in line with business needs and operational excellence standards.

Job Summary:

This Senior Associate–level specialist role acts as a core technical enabler of the Global Mobility operating model. The role supports digital transformation initiatives by translating business requirements into intuitive, sustainable, and automation-enabled solutions. By strengthening standardization, governance, and system reliability, the role enables the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and supports a future-ready Mobility function.
