About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Growth Manager to drive product integrations, partner collaborations and product adoption across a growing technology platform.

The role involves working at the intersection of product management, technology and business partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying integration opportunities, translating business requirements into product specifications, coordinating with engineering teams and ensuring successful implementation of integration solutions.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive seamless integrations across multiple business systems.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Integrations

- Develop a holistic integration strategy, focusing on seamless integrations with marketplace, ERP, POS and WMS systems.
- Identify key API requirements and facilitate smooth data flow between interconnected systems.
- Define product requirements and prioritise features based on market demand and partner feedback.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new integrations.

Product Execution & Delivery

- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of product enhancements and changes, adhering to defined scope and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align integration goals, priorities and execution timelines.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail while managing complex integration projects.

Partner & Stakeholder Management





- Collaborate with integration partners to understand their business requirements and manage integration timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with integration partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and feedback, representing partner requirements internally.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise partner performance to drive mutual success.
- Communicate product updates and roadmap changes to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide regular progress updates, highlighting achievements, challenges and potential risks.

- Familiarity with APIs, third-party integrations and system-to-system data flows.
- Ability to work with technical teams and translate business requirements into product specifications.
- Experience collaborating with external partners and managing integration projects.
