We are expanding our network of freelance recruitment partners who can support us in sourcing and hiring qualified candidates for client requirements. Role Overview We are looking for experienced and motivated freelance recruiters, talent acquisition professionals, and HR professionals who can work remotely on recruitment requirements shared by PRYDAN. PRYDAN will provide client requirements and manage the client relationship, while the freelance partner will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-up through successful joining. Key Responsibilities Source suitable candidates based on job descriptions and client requirements. Screen candidates for relevant skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability. Share qualified candidate profiles with PRYDAN. Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up on interview feedback. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Follow up with selected candidates until they join the client organisation. Support replacement sourcing where applicable under the agreed recruitment terms.
