Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our marketing agency’s content team. In this role, you will edit and produce video content for multiple clients across different industries, requiring a solid ability to adapt to different brand voices, visual styles, and campaign objectives.
The ideal candidate understands the nuances of short-form,



social-first content as well as long-form video, and can efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative and production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production
• Edit and produce engaging video content for multiple client brands across platforms including social media, YouTube, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Create and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts) as well as long-form videos and YouTube contentaligned with each client’s marketing strategy.
• Adapt editing styles to match different brand voices, visual identities, and audience expectations.
• Optimize video formats, pacing, captions, transitions, and structure for platform-specific performance and audience engagement.
• Manage multiple client video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high production quality.
• Incorporate internal team and client feedback efficiently to refine and finaliz
