We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor with 1–5 years of experience in Pilates, yoga, and fitness training. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Pilates principles, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to design and deliver personalized workout sessions based on individual fitness levels and goals. The candidate should be enthusiastic about helping clients improve their strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall physical well-being through safe and effective movement practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Pilates Sessions: Plan and lead engaging Pilates sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on core strength, body alignment, posture, balance, coordination, and controlled movement.
• Develop Personalized Programs: Assess clients' fitness levels, physical capabilities, and wellness goals to create customized Pilates routines that address their specific needs.




• Incorporate Yoga Practices: Integrate suitable yoga poses, breathing techniques, stretching exercises, and relaxation methods into sessions to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness.
• Ensure Secure Exercise Practices: Demonstrate correct techniques, monitor client posture, and provide clear instructions to minimize the risk of injuries and ensure proper execution of exercises.
• Client Communication and Engagement: Build positive relationships with clients, understand their expectations, provide constructive feedback, and motivate them to maintain consistent fitness routines.
• Monitor Client Progress: Track improvements in strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and mobility, adjusting workout plans as needed to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.
