Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, this role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
-Responsible for team decisions.
-Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
-Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




-Manage and support Microsoft Azure IaaS services including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Key Vaults, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions.
-Perform VM lifecycle management including provisioning, resizing, patching, migration, decommissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
-Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, File Services, and Windows Security.
-Lead incident, problem, change, and service request management activities in alignment with ITIL processes.
-Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to improve service reliability and reduce recurring incidents.
-Drive patch management, vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and compliance initiatives across cloud and Windows environments.
-Configure and support Azure Backup, Recovery Services Vaults, Azure Site Re
