This position will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The successful candidate will help shape product requirements and processes, evaluate technology and data capabilities, and support the delivery of solutions across our evolving technology landscape. This role will also contribute to the adoption of AI and emerging technologies, data visualization and analytics, and effective data management practices while helping ensure that solutions meet business, security, and operational needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Product Owners and System Architects to manage business analysis activities,



ensuring alignment with business and product goals
• Understand customer needs to shape business processes and product requirements
• Work with Product Managers and customers to define scope and value for current developments
• Collaborate with Business SMEs and Product Management to prioritize release scopes and refine the Product backlog
• Ensure non-functional requirements are included and prioritized in the Product and Release Backlogs
• Facilitate the breakdown of Epics into Features and Sprint-Sized User Stories and participate in backlog reviews with the product team
• Clearly express features in User Stories/requirements so all team members and stakeholders understand how they fit into the product backlog
• Ensure Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done are well-defined and understood
• Stay focused on software development to ensure it meets requirements, providing proactive feedback to stakeholde
